酸枣仁是一种药食同源的物质。现代药理研究表明, 酸枣仁具有镇痛、催眠、抗炎和抗血小板凝集等作用, 广泛应用于神经、心血管和免疫系统等疾病的预防和治疗。酸枣仁的主要活性成分是皂苷, 它们种类多样, 且生物活性强。酸枣仁皂苷A (jujuboside A, JuA)和酸枣仁皂苷B (jujuboside B, JuB)是酸枣仁皂苷中的主要活性物质。近年来国内外研究表明, JuA和JuB具有显著的助眠安神、改善认知和缓解抑郁等多种生物活性, 这些发现加大了酸枣仁在食品和医药领域的应用潜力。为了明晰JuA和JuB发挥生物活性的机制, 本文归纳和评价了JuA和JuB的体内外代谢途径、构-效关系以及其对体内神经系统和体外细胞调控作用的研究现状。同时, 对JuA和JuB未来的研究方向提出构想, 以期为酸枣仁的深度开发及利用提供理论指导。 |

Ziziphi spinosae Semen is a typical homology of medicine and food material. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Ziziphi spinosae Semen has a wide range of activities including sedative, hypnotic, anti-inflammatory, antiplatelet and so on, which is widely used in the prevention and treatment of diseases related to nervous, cardiovascular and immune system. Jujuboside, with the characteristics of abundant species and strong biological activity, is one of the important bioactive components of Ziziphi spinosae Semen. In which jujuboside A (JuA) and jujuboside B (JuB) are the main active forms. Recently, studies in China and abroad showed that JuA and JuB have the prominent effects of sedative-hypnotic, cognitive improvement, antidepression and other bioactivities, which could stimulate the application potential of Ziziphi spinosae Semen in food and medicine fields. In order to clarify the mechanism of JuA and JuB exerting biological activities, this paper summarized and evaluated the current research status of JuA and JuB in vivo and in vitro, including metabolic pathways, structure-activity relationship, and their regulatory effects on nervous system in vivo and cells in vitro. Meanwhile, the future research direction of JuA and JuB was proposed, looking forward to provide theoretical reference for the further development and utilization of Ziziphi spinosae Semen. |
