      弧菌属是海洋环境中最主要的细菌, 分布于河口、港湾和近海水域。弧菌属中的大部分细菌为食源性致病菌。随着全球贸易化趋势的增强, 弧菌属细菌导致的食品污染事件不断增加, 不仅造成公共卫生安全问题, 也会导致水产养殖业重要的经济损失。弧菌的传统检测方法为培养方法, 检测时间较长且耗费人力, 限制了其在现场检测的应用。环介导等温扩增技术(loop-mediated isothermal amplification, LAMP)是一种快速的等温核酸扩增技术, 在细菌、病毒、转基因成分鉴定中得到了广泛应用。本文介绍了LAMP 技术的扩增原理, 对LAMP技术在弧菌属中主要致病性弧菌的应用进行了梳理总结, 分析了近年来LAMP技术在致病性弧菌检测中的应用特点, 包括常规LAMP方法、可视化LAMP方法、多重LAMP方法以及LAMP技术与其他技术的结合, 探讨了LAMP技术在致病性弧菌检测中的发展趋势, 以期为致病性弧菌快速检测方法的开发和应用提供思路。

      Vibrio species are the most dominant bacterium in the marine environment and widely distributed in the estuaries, bays and costal waters. Most part of the vibrio species are the foodborne bacteria. Food contamination incidents may occur more frequently with the increasing global trades, leading to not only public health issues, but also huge economic losses to the aquatic culture industry. Now the traditional methods for vibrio species are the culture method, which is time-consuming and laborious, which limits its popularization for on-site detection. Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP), a rapid isothermal nucleic acid amplification technique, has been widely used in the detection and identification of pathogen, virus and genetically modified organisms. In this paper, we describe the principle of LAMP and summarize the research about the use of LAMP in the main several pathogens of vibrio species. The characteristics about the application of LAMP in pathogenic vibrios are analyzed, including routine LAMP, visual LAMP, multiplex LAMP and the couple with LAMP and other methods. The development trends and challenges of LAMP in the application of pathogenic vibrios are discussed, which aims to provide more new ideas for the development and establishment of some rapid detection methods, decreasing the risk brought from vibrio species diseases.
