      本文对先前构建的一套亲水作用色谱×反相色谱二维液相色谱系统条件进行了优化。利用优化后的该系统对桑葚的80%甲醇提取物进行分离,分离得到39种组分,其中7种在反相二维液相中分离效果不好的组分在优化后系统中得到了较好的分离,经过与标样信息的比对,鉴定出了桑葚提取物中的5种多酚类物质。本实验优化分离系统的条件,使系统可以高效、准确分离多酚类化合物,并对桑葚中的多酚类化合物进行了分离与鉴定,为桑葚中多酚类化合物的分离鉴定方法的改进提供了一定的基础。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, the conditions of a previously constructed hydrophilic interaction chromatography × reversed-phase chromatography two-dimensional liquid chromatography system were optimized. The optimized system was used to separate the 80 % methanol extract of mulberry, and 39 components were isolated. Among them, 7 components with poor separation effect in reversed-phase two-dimensional liquid phase were well separated in the optimized system. After comparison with the standard sample information, 5 polyphenols in mulberry extract were identified. In this experiment, the conditions of the separation system were optimized, so that the system could efficiently and accurately separate polyphenolic compounds, and the polyphenolic compounds in mulberry were separated and identified, which provided a certain basis for the improvement of the separation and identification methods of polyphenolic compounds in mulberry.
