目的 建立液相色谱-质谱法检测芹菜、香蕉两种基质中16种农药残留的测定方法。方法 样品经粉碎混匀后, 用乙腈提取, 提取液经分散固相萃取净化后, 采用液相色谱-质谱联用仪测定, 外标法定量。结果 在2~40 ng/mL浓度范围内, 两种基质中16种农药的线性方程相关系数均在0.997以上, 检出限为0.001 mg/kg, 定量限为0.002 mg/kg, 在0.002、0.010、0.020 mg/kg 3个浓度点的加标回收率平均值范围分别为84.1%~113.8%、85.1%~109.6%、83.8%~110.7%, 精密度范围分别为0.9%~9.4%、1.8%~8.9%、1.0%~8.7%。结论 本方法前处理简便、快捷, 检测成本低、周期短, 灵敏度高、准确度高、精密度好。在简化前处理的同时, 降低了目标物的检出限和定量限, 可以实现同时测定芹菜、香蕉中16种农药残留。 |

Objective To establish a method for determination of 16 kinds of pesticide residues in celery and banana by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were crushed and mixed, extracted with acetonitrile, purified by dispersed solid-phase extraction, and determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The external standard method was used for quantification. Results Within the concentration range of 2–40 ng/mL, the correlation coefficients of the linear equations for 16 kinds of pesticides in both matrices were above 0.997, with limit of detection of 0.001 mg/kg and limit of quantification of 0.002 mg/kg. The average recoveries at concentrations of 0.002, 0.010, and 0.020 mg/kg were 84.1%–113.8%, 85.1%–109.6% and 83.8%–110.7%, respectively, and the precision ranged from 0.9%–9.4%, 1.8%–8.9%, 1.0%–8.7%, respectively. Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple and fast pre-treatment, low detection cost, short cycle, high sensitivity, high accuracy, and good precision. The limit of detection and limit of quantitation of the target substance are reduced while simplifying the pre-treatment. It can simultaneously determine 16 kinds of pesticide residues in celery and banana. |
