人参作为我国知名的中草药之一, 具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、增强免疫力和延缓衰老等功效, 在医药、食品及保健品等领域具有巨大的发展潜力。在人参的种植过程中, 由于较长的生长年限以及不科学的使用农药, 农药逐渐富集在人参中, 成为人参主要的外源污染物之一。近年来, 随着人参种植面积的不断扩大以及欧盟等国家相继制定出更为严格的农药残留限量标准, 农药残留问题日益成为影响人参食用安全和制约其进出口贸易的主要因素。本文通过对近年来人参农药残留类文献进行归纳与总结, 简要介绍了人参农药残留的种类、危害及监管现状, 重点从农药残留的检测方法及去除技术两方面系统阐述了人参农药残留研究进展, 旨在为人参产业的提质增效、高质量发展提供科技支撑。 |

Ginseng, as one of the well-known Chinese herbal medicines, has anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, immune enhancement, and anti-aging effects, and has enormous development potential in fields such as medicine, food, and health products. During the cultivation process of ginseng, due to its long growth period and unscientific use of pesticides, pesticides gradually accumulate in ginseng and become one of the main exogenous pollutants. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of ginseng cultivation area and the establishment of stricter pesticide residue limit standards by countries such as the European Union, pesticide residue issues have increasingly become the main factor affecting ginseng consumption safety and restricting its import and export trade. This article summarized the literature on ginseng pesticide residues in recent years, briefly introduced the types, hazards, and regulatory status of ginseng pesticide residues, and focused on the research progress of ginseng pesticide residues from two aspects: Detection methods and removal technologies. Which is expected to provide scientific and technological support for the improvement and efficiency of the ginseng industry and its high-quality development. |
