      目的 研究不同地区陈皮中多种元素含量的差异, 结合化学计量学对其进行产地溯源。方法 从四川、广西、广东等产地收集110个样品, 超级微波消解处理样品, 电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry, ICP-OES)测定40种元素的含量, 结合主成分分析(principal component analysis, PCA)、层次聚类分析(hierarchical cluster analysis, HCA)和正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析(orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis, OPLS-DA)对检测数据进行分析, 建立陈皮的产地溯源模型。结果 不同产地陈皮样品中20种元素存在显著性差异, 产地溯源模型自变量拟合指数(Rx2)为0.669, 因变量拟合指数(Ry2)为0.879, 模型预测指数(Q2)为0.806, 可实现陈皮样品的产地判别, 对实际样品的准确率达96.67%。结论 研究表明多元素含量分析结合化学计量学可以作为陈皮产地溯源的有效方法。

      Objective To study the differences of multi-elements content analysis in Citri reticulatae Pericarpium in different regions, and trace the origin of Citri reticulatae Pericarpium combined with stoichiometry. Methods There were 110 samples collected from Sichuan, Guangxi and Guangdong. Samples were treated with the ultra-microwave digestion, and 40 kinds of elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Principal component analysis (PCA), hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) and orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA) were used to analyze the detection data, and the origin traceability model was established. Results There were significant differences between 20 kinds of elements of Citri reticulatae Pericarpium samples among different producing areas, and the origin traceability model had the independent variable fitting index (Rx2) of 0.669, the dependent variable fitting index (Ry2) of 0.879 and the prediction index (Q2) of 0.806, respectively, which could realize the origin of real Citri reticulatae Pericarpium samples, with accuracy of 96.67%. Conclusion The results show that multi-elements content analysis combined with chemometrics can be used as an effective method for tracing the origin of Citri reticulatae Pericarpium.
