目的 研究不同产地陈皮中矿物元素含量和稳定同位素比值, 并建立产地鉴别模型。方法 采集我国4个地区(广东、福建、四川和重庆)共160份陈皮样品, 采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定陈皮中21种矿物元素的含量, 同位素质谱法测定陈皮中4种稳定同位素比值, 研究不同产地陈皮中矿物元素含量、稳定同位素比值差异并进行产地鉴别。结果 20种矿物元素的含量、4种稳定同位素的比值在4个地区间存在显著差异(P<0.05), 陈皮样品中含量最高的是K, 其次是Ca, 最低的是Y。对160个陈皮样品的矿物元素含量和稳定同位素比值进行主成分分析、偏最小二乘判别分析、正交偏最小二乘判别分析, 结果表明, 矿物元素、稳定同位素可以对不同来源的陈皮样品进行产地鉴别, 线性判别交叉验证准确率为93.8%, 通过重要性因子值筛选得出产地鉴别的关键因子是Cu、K、Ga、Ni、Y、Ba、La、Nd、V、Cr、Rb、Fe、Mn、Co及δ18O。结论 矿物元素结合稳定同位素技术可以有效地鉴别陈皮的地理来源, 这项技术的应用可以为判断陈皮的产地和真实性提供可靠的技术支持。 |

Objective To investigate the mineral element content and stable isotope ratio in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium from different habitats, and establish a model for the origin discrimination. Methods Totally 160 samples of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium were collected from 4 regions in China (Guangdong, Fujian, Sichuan and Chongqing). The levels of 21 kinds of mineral elements in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and the ratios of 4 kinds of stable isotopes in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium were determined by isotope ratio mass spectrometry, the origin identification was reached by researching the differences in mineral element content and stable isotope ratios in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium from different producing areas. Results The content of 20 kinds of mineral elements and the ratio of 4 kinds of stable isotopes were significantly different among the 4 regions (P<0.05). The highest level in the sample was K, followed by Ca, and the lowest was Y. Though the principal component analysis, partial least squares discriminant analysis, orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis of mineral element levels and stable isotope ratio for 160 Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium samples, the results showed that mineral levels and stable isotopes could be used to identify Citri Reticulatae Pericarpiuml samples from different origins, the accuracy rate of linear discriminant analysis cross validation was 93.8%. The key factors for identifying the origin through importance factor value screening were Cu, K, Ga, Ni, Y, Ba, La, Nd, V, Cr, Rb, Fe, Mn, Co and δ18O. Conclusion Mineral elements combined with stable isotope technology can effectively identify the geographical origin of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, and the application of this technology can provide reliable technical support for judging the origin and authenticity of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium. |
