      目的 建立一种基于近红外光谱技术快速测定文山三七4种品质指标的方法。方法 采用GB/T 19086—2008《地理标志产品-文山三七》中规定的方法测定文山三七的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分以及皂苷的含量, 建立标杆数据。采集文山三七样品的近红外光谱数据, 利用偏最小二乘回归(partial least squares regression, PLSR)方法建立模型。通过优化光谱预处理方法和变量筛选方法进一步提升模型的预测能力。结果 文山三七水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分以及皂苷的校正集相关系数(Rc)分别为0.9891、0.9703、0.9803、0.9462, 预测集相关系数(Rp)分别为0.9867、0.9678、0.9691、0.8122, 预测集均方根误差(root mean square error of prediction, RMSEP)分别为0.1875、0.1405、0.0662、0.6574, 性能偏差比(ratio of performance to deviation, RPD)分别为3.814、3.2300、3.9183、1.7641。结论 本方法可以快速、准确地测定文山三七中4种关键品质指标, 为文山三七的质量控制提供了一种快速有效的检测方法。

      Objective To establish a method based on near infrared spectroscopy technology for rapidly determining 4 kinds of quality indexes of Wenshan Panax notoginseng. Methods Moisture content, total ash content, acidinsoluble ash content, and total glycoside content of Wenshan Panax notoginseng were determined using the methods specified in the national standard (GB/T 19086—2008 Geographical indication product—Wenshan Panax notoginseng) to establish the reference data. Near infrared spectroscopy datas of Wenshan Panax notoginseng samples were collected, and a partial least squares regression (PLSR) model was developed. The predictive ability of the model was further improved by optimizing the spectral preprocessing methods and variable selection methods. Results The correlation coefficients of the calibration set (Rc) for moisture content, total ash, acid-insoluble ash, and ginsenoside content in Wenshan Panax notoginseng were 0.9891, 0.9703, 0.9803, and 0.9462, respectively. For the prediction set, the correlation coefficients (Rp) were 0.9867, 0.9678, 0.9691, and 0.8122, respectively. The root mean square errors of prediction (RMSEP) were 0.1875, 0.1405, 0.0662, and 0.6574, respectively. The ratio of performance to deviation (RPD) values were 3.814, 3.2300, 3.9183, and 1.7641, respectively. Conclusion This method can quickly and accurately determine four key quality indexes in Wenshan Panax notoginseng, providing a fast and effective detection method for the quality control of Wenshan Panax notoginseng.
