      目的 探究链格孢(Alternaria alternata)侵染对枸杞果实挥发性化合物释放的影响。方法 以宁杞1号枸杞果实为研究对象, 通过损伤接种链格孢菌处理, 分析测定接种后果实发病率和病斑面积, 采用顶空-气相色谱-离子迁移谱法探究接种对果实挥发性成分释放的影响。结果 接种果实发病率和病斑面积均随贮藏时间延长显著增加, 5-甲基-2-呋喃甲醇可作为区别损伤和非损伤处理的候选物质, 损伤接种链格孢菌处理显著促进了第5 d果实中2,3-二甲基吡嗪、2-正戊基呋喃和二异丁基酮等物质和第1 d后果实中苄醇、2-丁酮、异戊酸乙酯、3-甲硫基丙醛和庚醛等物质的释放, 这些物质可能与枸杞黑霉病的发生和严重度有关, 可作为鉴定链格孢侵染枸杞果实的候选靶标物质, 通过指纹图谱和主成分分析将不同处理枸杞样品的挥发性成分进行有效区分。结论 链格孢侵染可促进枸杞果实香气成分释放, 为枸杞黑霉病快速诊断与评估奠定基础。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effects of Alternaria alternata infection on the release of volatile compounds from Lycium barbarum L. fruits. Methods Taking Ningqi-1 Lycium barbarum L. fruit as the research object, the incidence rate and lesion area of the fruit after inoculation were analyzed and measured through the treatment of Alternaria alternata. Furthermore, the effects of inoculation on the release of volatile components from fruits were investigated using headspace-gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry. Results The disease incidence and lesion area of the fruits inoculated with Alternaria alternata were significantly increased with storage time. The compound of 5-methyl-2-furan methano could be used as a candidate substance to distinguish between injury and non-control treatments. Moreover, the content of 2,3-dimethylpyrazine, 2-pentylfuran, and diisobutyl ketone released from Lycium barbarum L. fruits were significantly improved at 5 d after Alternaria alternata inoculation. Meanwhile, the compounds including benzyl alcohol, 2-butanone, ethyl isovalerate, 3-(methylthio)propanal, and heptanal in Lycium barbarum L. fruits at 1 d were accelerated to release by Alternaria alternata inoculation. It was suggested that these substances maight be related to the occurrence and severity of Lycium barbarum L. fruits and could be candidate target substances for identifying the Lycium barbarum L. fruits infected by Alternaria alternata. In addition, the volatile components of the different treated Lycium barbarum L. fruits samples were effectively distinguished by fingerprinting and principal component analysis. Conclusion Alternaria alternata infection can promote the release of aromatic components in Lycium barbarum L. fruits, these results will be used as a basis for rapid diagnosis and assessment of black mold of Lycium barbarum L. fruits.
