      目的 建立一种基于离子液体凝胶固态吸附剂的一步式富集阳离子染料孔雀石绿(malachite green, MG)的水产食品快速检测前处理方法。方法 利用离子液体凝胶中离子和MG之间的静电吸附作用, 将凝胶吸附剂置于含有染料的样品中, 使溶液中的MG完全吸附在离子液体凝胶中一段时间后取出, 通过紫外分光光度法评价吸附剂对样品中MG的吸附效率。结果 吸附剂用量0.3 g、吸附时间6 h、MG溶液pH为8、初始MG溶液质量浓度5 mg/L、吸附温度为5℃是最优萃取条件。在最优条件下, 吸附效率最高可达96%。2 mL乙腈对MG的脱附率为97%。方法的线性范围为0.5~5.0 mg/L, 线性回归方程为A=0.2708C-0.0325 (A为吸光度, C为MG溶液浓度), 相关系数r2=0.996, 检出限为0.12 mg/L, 在最优吸附脱附条件下进行0.1、0.5、5.0 mg/L水平加标实验, 样品平均加标回收率为95%~99%, 相对标准偏差为0.10%~0.25% (n=3)。结论 基于新型离子液体凝胶吸附材料建立的前处理技术高效、便捷、绿色环保, 高的吸附脱附效率和准确度表明该方法适用于水产品中微量MG的富集和检测。新型固相萃取技术的开发以简化样品前处理过程、节约成本, 为食品质量安全快速检测提供了新思路。

      Objective To establish a one-step solid-phase adsorption enrichment method for rapid detection of cationic dye malachite green (MG) in aquatic foods using an ion liquid gel as the adhesive material. Methods The method involved utilizing the electrostatic adsorption between the ions in the ion liquid gel and MG to enrich the dye from the sample. The ion liquid gel adsorbent was placed in the sample solution containing the dye, and after a period of time, the solution was removed, and the amount of MG adsorbed onto the ion liquid gel was evaluated using ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The optimized conditions for MG extraction were as follows: 0.3 g of the ion liquid gel adsorbent, adsorption time of 6 h, pH of 8, initial MG mass concentration of 5 mg/L, and adsorption temperature of 5°C which led to the highest adsorption efficiency of 96%. The desorption rate of MG using 2 mL of acetonitrile was 97%. The method’s linear range was 0.5?5.0 mg/L, with a linear regression equation of A=0.2708C?0.0325 (where A was absorbance and C was the MG concentration) and a correlation coefficient (r2) of 0.996. The limit of detection was 0.12 mg/L. The average recoveries for spiked samples at 0.1, 0.5 and 5.0 mg/L ranged from 95% to 99%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.10%?0.25% (n=3) under the optimal adsorption and desorption conditions. Conclusion The pre-treatment technique based on the novel ionic liquid gels adsorption material is efficient, convenient and environmentally friendly, the high adsorption and desorption efficiency and accuracy show that the method is suitable for the enrichment and detection of trace amounts of MG in aquatic food samples, the development of new solid phase extraction technology can simplify the sample pretreatment process and save the cost, which provides a new idea for the rapid detection of food quality and safety.
