      近年来, 在生物分离技术领域人们越来越追求绿色、高效、经济、可扩展的分离方法。三相分离法作为一种新型的非色谱生物分离技术, 受到研究人员的广泛关注。随着三相分离技术的不断发展, 各种类型的三相分离体系层出不穷, 即以叔丁醇为提取剂的传统三相分离体系和以碳酸二甲酯、离子液体、低共熔溶剂为提取剂的其他三相分离体系。此外三相分离法对于成分的提取范围也越来越广泛, 不仅涉及油脂、蛋白质、酶、多糖和脂溶性色素等化合物的提取, 还可满足多种组分的同时分离, 实现对原料样品的高值化利用。因此本文主要综述不同类型的三相分离体系、机制并对目前三相分离法在提取组分中的应用进行归纳, 以期为更好地利用三相分离法提取食品组分提供科学的理论参考。

      In recent years, there has been an increasing pursuit of green, efficient, economical and scalable separation methods in the field of bioseparation technology. As a new type of non-chromatographic biological separation technology, the three-phase partitioning method has received extensive attention from researchers. With the continuous development of three-phase partitioning technology, various types of three-phase partitioning systems have emerged, namely the traditional three-phase partitioning system with tert-butanol as the extractant and other three-phase partitioning systems with dimethyl carbonate, ionic liquids, and low eutectic solvents as the extractant. In addition, the scope of three-phase partitioning methods for the extraction of components is becoming more and more extensive, involving not only the extraction of compounds such as oils, proteins, enzymes, polysaccharides and fat-soluble pigments, but also satisfying the simultaneous separation of multiple components to achieve high value utilization of raw material samples. Therefore, this paper mainly reviewed different types of three-phase partitioning systems, mechanismed and summarized the current applications of three-phase partitioning methods in the extraction of components, in order to provide scientific and theoretical references for optimal utilization of three-phase partitioning methods in the extraction of food components.
