目的 基于气相色谱法(gas chromatography, GC)构建贵州产油茶籽油的气相色谱脂肪酸标准指纹图谱, 并对贵州产油茶籽油进行鉴别。方法 以贵州产油茶籽为研究对象, 采用GC分析不同产地、品种及加工方式共计34批次油茶籽油的脂肪酸, 建立贵州油茶籽油气相色谱脂肪酸标准指纹图谱。结果 确定棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、花生一烯酸和亚麻酸为油茶籽油的主要脂肪酸。通过“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”建立了油茶籽油气相色谱标准指纹图谱, 并与菜籽油、葵花籽油、芝麻油、玉米油、米糠油、花生油、棕榈油和高油酸花生油8种植物油进行相似度比较, 除菜籽油和高油酸花生油因相似度大于0.95而无法与油茶籽油进行区分外, 其余6种油脂均可识别为非油茶籽油。结论 通过分析贵州产油茶籽油脂肪酸组成及含量并建立气相色谱脂肪酸标准指纹图谱, 为鉴别纯茶油提供了一定的试验数据支撑。 |

Objective To establish gas chromatographic fatty acids standard fingerprint of Camellia oleifera seed oil from Guizhou by gas chromatography (GC), and identify Camellia oleifera seed oil from Guizhou. Methods The fatty acid compositions of 34 batches of Camellia oleifera seed oils of different origins, varieties and processing methods were analyzed by GC using Camellia oleifera seed oil in Guizhou as the research object, and the gas chromatographic fatty acids standard fingerprint of Camellia oleifera seed oil was established. Results Palmitic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, eicosenoic acid and linolenic acid were identified as the main fatty acids of Camellia oleifera seed oil. The gas chromatographic standard fingerprint of Camellia oleifera seed oil was established through the “similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine”, and the similarity was compared with 8 kinds of vegetable oils, such as rapeseed oil, sunflower seed oil, sesame oil, corn oil, rice bran oil, peanut oil, palm oil and high oleic acid peanut oil, except for rapeseed oil and high oleic acid peanut oil, which could not be distinguished from Camellia oil because of their similarity greater than 0.95, the other 6 kinds of oils could be identified as non-Camellia oleifera seed oil. Conclusion By analyzing the composition and content of fatty acids in Camellia oleifera seed oil from Guizhou and establishing gas chromatographic fatty acids standard fingerprint, a certain test data support has been provided for the identification of pure Camellia oil. |
