全氟化合物(perfluorinated compounds, PFCs)是一类含碳-氟键的高度稳定的极性有机物, 广泛应用于化工领域, 全氟辛酸(perfluorooctanoic acid, PFOA)和全氟辛基磺酸(perfluorooctane sulfonic acid, PFOS)是环境中广泛存在的两种典型全氟类污染物, 这两种全氟污染物在土壤、水、食品和生物样品中均有检出, 严重危害到了人类健康和生存环境, 此外全氟类化合物的检测处于痕量水平, 探索更高效提取复杂食品基质中的PFCs和更准确的检测方法仍是当下的研究热点。本文对全氟化合物的结构、极性等理化性质和全氟污染物的危害毒性进行概述, 根据其化学性质, 梳理国内外各种前处理方法, 总结气相色谱、液相色谱等方法在分离检测方面的优缺点, 并总结了当下全氟化合物检测所遇的瓶颈, 期望能为当下国内外全氟化合物污染防治和标准制定提供参考依据。 |

Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) are a class of highly stable polar organic compounds containing carbon fluorine bonds, which are widely used in the chemical industry. Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS) are two typical perfluorinated pollutants widely existing in the environment. These two perfluorinated pollutants have been detected in soil, water, food and biological samples, it has seriously endangered human health and living environment. In addition, the detection of perfluorinated compounds is at the trace level. Exploring more efficient extraction of PFCs from complex food matrices and more accurate detection methods are still the current research hotspots. This paper summarized the structure, polarity and other physical and chemical properties of perfluorinated compounds and the harmful toxicity of perfluorinated pollutants. According to their chemical properties, combed various pretreatment methods at home and abroad, summarized the advantages and disadvantages of gas chromatography, liquid chromatography and other methods in separation and detection, and summarized the bottlenecks encountered in the detection of perfluorinated compounds. It is expects to provide a reference basis for the prevention and control of perfluorinated compounds pollution and the formulation of standards at home and abroad. |
