      目的 以聚苯乙烯-聚4-乙烯基吡啶(polystyrene-poly 4-vinylpyridine, PS@P4VP)复合微球为固相萃取材料, 分析检测饮料和糖果中柠檬黄、赤藓红和日落黄3种人工合成色素。方法 通过吸附pH、吸附时间、等温吸附等条件实验探究了PS@P4VP的吸附性能与最佳固相萃取条件, 用高效液相色谱法定量分析了芬达(橙味)汽水和水果糖中3种色素的含量。结果 PS@P4VP对柠檬黄和日落黄的最佳吸附pH为3.0, 吸附平衡时间分别为20、90 min; 对赤藓红的最佳吸附pH为5.0, 吸附平衡时间为60 min。PS@P4VP对柠檬黄、赤藓红和日落黄的吸附过程均符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型, 最大吸附载量分别为47.17、32.47、43.67 mg/g。将该材料应用于芬达(橙味)汽水和水果糖中3种色素的检测, 加标回收率为89.94%~105.51%, 相对标准偏差不超过4.07% (n=6)。结论 PS@P4VP对3种色素有较好的吸附性能, 且可多次重复使用, 将其作为固相萃取材料建立的检测方法准确、可靠, 可用于饮料和糖果中柠檬黄等阴离子型人工合成色素的检测。

      Objective To prepare polystyrene-poly 4-vinylpyridine (PS@P4VP) composite microsphere for the detection and analysis of tartrazine, erythrosine and sunset yellow in carbonated beverages and candies. Methods The adsorption properties of PS@P4VP and the optimum solid phase extraction conditions were explored through experiments on adsorption pH, adsorption time, isothermal adsorption and other conditions, the content of 3 kinds of pigments in Fanta (orange flavor) and fruit candies were quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The optimal adsorption pH of PS@P4VP for tartrazine and sunset yellow was 3.0, and the adsorption equilibrium time was 20 min and 90 min, respectively; the optimal adsorption pH for erythrosine was 5.0 and the adsorption equilibrium time was 60 min. The adsorption process of PS@P4VP for tartrazine, erythrosine and sunset yellow followed the pseudo-second order kinetic model and Langmuir isothermal adsorption model, and the maximum adsorption capacities were 47.17, 32.47 and 43.67 mg/g, respectively. The material had been applied for the detection of 3 kinds of pigments in Fanta (orange flavor) and fruit candies; the recovery rates of spiked samples were 89.94%~105.51%, and the relative standard deviations were not more than 4.07% (n=6). Conclusion PS@P4VP has good adsorption performance for 3 kinds of pigments, and can be repeatedly used, as a solid phase extraction material, the detection method established by PS@P4VP is accurate and reliable, and can be used for the detection of anionic synthetic pigments such as lemon yellow in beverages and candies.
