目的 探讨富含磷脂的乳清蛋白粉对小鼠记忆力的影响。方法 选取288只SPF级昆明种雄性小鼠, 分别进行两次实验, 每次实验144只。每次实验分为3批, 每批48只, 随机分为模型对照组和磷脂乳清蛋白粉低、中、高剂量组。连续给予受试物灌胃30 d后, 分别进行小鼠跳台行为学实验、避暗行为学实验、水迷宫行为学实验。结果 两次跳台实验, 中、高剂量组与模型对照组比较均能减少测试期错误次数; 第一次避暗实验高剂量组、第二次避暗实验中剂量组与模型对照组比较重测期错误潜伏期延长、错误次数减少。各剂量组与模型对照组比较小鼠脑组织乙酰胆碱(acetylcholine, ACh)含量升高, 乙酰胆碱酯酶(acetylcholinesterase, AChE)活力降低。结论 富含磷脂的乳清蛋白粉可以通过调节改善小鼠中枢胆碱能系统从而改善小鼠记忆力。 |

Objective To investigate the effects of whey protein powder rich in phospholipid on memory ability on mice. Methods A total of 288 SPF Kunming male mice were selected for two experiments in this study. There were 144 mice in each experiment, and they were divided into 3 batches of 48 ones in each batch. The mice were randomly divided into model control group, low-, medium- and high-dose group of whey protein powder containing phospholipid. After continuous gavage of the test substance for 30 days, then the step down test, the step through test and water maze test were performed. Results Compared with the model control group, the number of errors in the medium and high-dose group was significantly reduced in two step down test. In first step through test, compared with the model control group, the latency of mice in high-dose group was significantly prolonged, the number of errors in high-dose group was reduced. In second step through test, compared with the model control group, the latency of mice in medium-dose group was significantly prolonged, the number of errors in medium-dose group was reduced. Compared with the model control group, each dose group could significantly increase the content of acetylcholine (Ach) and significantly reduce acetylcholinesterase (AchE) activity in brain of mice. Conclusion Whey protein powder rich in phospholipid can help to improve the memory by regulating and improving the central cholinergic system on mice. |
