      植物单宁又称植物多酚, 是植物体内复杂酚类的次生代谢产物, 具有降糖、降脂、抗氧化、抑菌等活性功能, 其应用开发价值较高。但是, 由于单宁类物质的结构复杂、稳定性差、易被氧化降解, 故对其提取分离技术要求较高。近年来, 为了寻找一种能够替代传统技术, 改善单宁类物质在提取过程中的降解损失, 新型清洁、绿色、高效的组合提取技术被人们所关注。提取技术的相互结合, 能够实现协同效应, 减少降解, 提高提取率。本文以超声辅助为主要结合对象, 论述超声辅助技术与酶、膜、表面活性剂、微波等技术相结合的优势, 表明新型组合提取技术与传统技术相比具有更大的潜力和研究价值, 这将为未来天然活性物质产业提取技术的开发创造条件和提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Plant tannins, also known as plant polyphenols, are complex phenolic secondary metabolites in plants, with functions such as hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, anti-oxidation, and bacteriostasis, its application and development value is high. However, due to the complex structure, poor stability, and easy oxidative degradation of tannins, the requirements on the extraction and separation technology are high. In recent years, in order to find a way to replace the traditional technology and improve the degradation loss of tannins in the extraction process, new clean, green and efficient combined extraction technology has attracted attention. The combination of extraction technologies can achieve synergistic effect, reduce degradation and improve extraction rate. This review took ultrasonic assistance as the main combination object, discussed the advantages of ultrasonic assistance technology in combination with enzymes, membranes, surfactants, microwaves, and other technologies, and showed that the new combined extraction technology had greater advantages than traditional techniques. The potential and research value of combined extraction technology, will create conditions and provide reference for the development of industrial extraction technology of natural active substances in the future.
