      目的 建立以亮橙色荧光碳点(bright orange fluorescent carbon dots, BO-CNDs)为探针的荧光检测法快速灵敏测定水产品中的孔雀石绿(malachite green, MG)。方法 对工作参数进行优化后, 研究该检测方法的线性范围、灵敏度、选择性及抗干扰性, 探究BO-CNDs和MG之间的相互作用, 进而提出MG对BO-CNDs荧光猝灭的机制, 最终将该方法应用到水产品中MG含量的测定。结果 在最佳检测条件下, BO-CNDs对MG检测的线性范围为0.01~10.00 μmol/L, 检出限低至4.23 nmol/L, 表现出反应快、选择性好、灵敏度高的优势。MG对BO-CNDs的荧光猝灭是内滤效应(inner filter effect, IFE)和动态猝灭协同作用的结果。最终将该检测方法应用于白鲢鱼、黑鱼、武昌鱼、鲤鱼、草鱼等鱼类样品中MG含量的测定, 回收率在96.00%~102.00%之间, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations, RSDs)低于1.01%。结论 该方法检出限低、灵敏度高、准确性好, 具有应用于水产品中MG快速检测的巨大潜力。

      Objective To establish a fluorescence detection method using bright orange fluorescent carbon dots (BO-CNDs) as the probe for the rapid and sensitive determination of malachite green (MG) in aquatic products. Methods After optimizing the working parameters, the linear range, sensitivity, selectivity and anti-interference of the detection method were studied, and the interaction between BO-CNDs and MG was explored. The mechanism of fluorescence quenching of BO-CNDs by MG was proposed, and the method was finally applied to the determination of MG in aquatic products. Results Under the optimal detection conditions, the linear range of BO-CNDs for MG detection was 0.01–10.00 μmol/L and the limit of detection was as low as 4.23 nmol/L, showing the advantages of fast reaction, good selectivity and high sensitivity. The fluorescence of BO-CNDs was quenched by MG through a synergistic effect of inner filter effect (IFE) and dynamic interaction. The detection method was finally applied to the determination of MG content in aquatic products, including silver carp, blackfish, blunt-snout bream, common carp and grass carp, the recoveries were between 96.00%–102.00%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 1.01%. Conclusion The method has low detection limit, high sensitivity and good accuracy, and has great potential for rapid detection of MG in aquatic products.
