      目的 研究黄精知母三七胶囊对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠的辅助降血糖作用。方法 采用腹腔注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病小鼠模型。黄精知母三七胶囊设置210、420 mg/(kg·bw)两个剂量组; 同时设模型对照组、空白对照组以及黄精150、300 mg/(kg·bw)组, 知母30、60 mg/(kg·bw)组, 三七20、40 mg/(kg·bw)组。经口连续给予各受试物30 d, 每周监测小鼠的体重以及空腹血糖, 末次给药后观察各组小鼠糖化血清蛋白、血清胰岛素、葡萄糖耐量以及血脂水平。结果 黄精知母三七胶囊低、高各剂量组对正常小鼠的体重无影响(P>0.05); 与模型对照组相比, 各剂量组均能显著降低小鼠空腹血糖值(P<0.05, P<0.01), 并能够显著改善糖尿病小鼠的葡萄糖耐受量水平(P<0.01, P<0.001); 降低小鼠糖化血清蛋白(P<0.05), 增加血清胰岛素含量(P<0.05), 提示黄精知母三七胶囊可能通过促进胰岛素分泌, 降低胰岛素的抵抗进而改善小鼠的糖代谢水平。另外, 与模型组相比, 黄精知母三七胶囊高剂量组小鼠的血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05, P<0.01)。结论 黄精知母三七胶囊对高血糖模型小鼠具有辅助降血糖作用。

      Objective To study the hypoglycemic effects of Polygonati Rhizoma Anemarrhenae Rhizoma & Panax notoginseng capsule on alloxan diabetic mice. Methods The diabetic mouse model was established by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan. Polygonati Rhizoma Anemarrhenae Rhizoma & Panax Notoginseng capsule was set in two dosage groups of 210 and 420 mg/(kg·bw). Meanwhile, model control group, blank control group, Polygonati Rhizoma 150, 300 mg/(kg·bw), Anemarrhenae Rhizoma 30, 60 mg/(kg·bw), Panax notoginseng 20, 40 mg/(kg·bw) were set. After oral administration for 30 days continuously, the body weight and fasting blood glucose of mice were monitored weekly. Glycosylated serum protein, serum insulin, glucose tolerance andlipid levels of mice in each group were observed after the last administration. Results Polygonati Rhizoma Anemarrhenae Rhizoma & Panax Notoginseng capsule low-dose and high-dose groups had no effect on body weight of normal mice (P>0.05). Compared with model control group, all groups significantly reduced the fasting blood glucose (P<0.05, P<0.01), and significantly improved the glucose tolerance level of diabetic mice (P<0.01, P<0.001), decreased glycated serum protein in mice (P<0.05), increased the content of serum insulin (P<0.05), which suggesting that Polygonati Rhizoma Anemarrhenae Rhizoma & Panax Notoginseng capsule might promote insulin secretion, decrease insulin resistance and improve glucose metabolism in mice. In addition, compared with the model group, the serum total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triacylglycerol of Polygonati Rhizoma Anemarrhenae Rhizoma & Panax Notoginseng capsule high-dose group were significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Polygonati Rhizoma Anemarrhenae Rhizoma & Panax notoginseng capsule can assist hypoglycemic effect on hyperglycemia model mice.
