      目的 比较活树附生栽培、大棚盆栽、贴板附生栽培3种不同人工栽培模式下铁皮石斛活性成分及其抗氧化活性。方法 采集不同人工栽培模式下的铁皮石斛, 分析比较其多糖、甘露糖、氨基酸、醇浸出物、多酚、黄酮含量及抗氧化活性。结果 大棚盆栽模式铁皮石斛多糖、甘露糖含量最高, 分别为(37.38±0.51)%、(20.68±0.02)%; 而活树附生栽培铁皮石斛多酚、黄酮、游离氨基酸及醇浸出物含量相对较高, 分别为(0.65±0.01)%、(0.18±0.01)%、(0.53±0.01)%、(12.82±0.08)%。不同人工栽培模式下铁皮石斛抗氧化活性依次为活树附生栽培>大棚盆栽>贴板附生栽培。结论 不同栽培模式下铁皮石斛主要活性成分及抗氧化活性存在较大差异, 活树附生栽培铁皮石斛醇提液对二苯基苦基苯肼自由基及2’-联氨-双-3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸自由基清除能力最强, 表现出较高的抗氧化活性。

      Objective To compare the active constituents and antioxidant activities of Dendrobium officinale in 3 kinds of different artificial cultivation models including epiphytic cultivation on living trees, potting cultivation in green house, epiphytic cultivation on wood. Methods Dendrobium officinale was collected from different artificial cultivated models, and the content of polysaccharides, mannose, amino acids, alcohol extracts, polyphenols, flavonoids and antioxidant activities were analyzed and compared. Results The content of polysaccharide and mannose in the potting cultivation in green house were the highest, which were (37.38±0.51)% and (20.68±0.02)%, respectively; while the content of polyphenols, flavonoids, free amino acids and alcohol extracts of Dendrobium officinale in the epiphytic cultivation on living trees were relatively higher, which were (0.65±0.01)%, (0.18±0.01)%, (0.53±0.01)%, (12.82±0.08)%, respectively. The antioxidant activities of Dendrobium officinale under different artificial cultivation modes were epiphytic cultivation on living trees>potting cultivation in green house>epiphytic cultivation on wood. Conclusion There are great variation of main active constituents and antioxidant activities of Dendrobium officinale in different cultivation models. The alcohol extract of Dendrobium officinale in epiphytic cultivation on living trees shows much higher scavenging activity of diphenylpicrylhydrazine free radical and 2’-hydrazine-bis-3-ethyl benzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid radical, exhibiting a higher antioxidant capacity.
