抗生素抗性基因的污染问题已经在国际社会引起了广泛关注。中国作为抗生素使用大国, 食品中抗性基因的污染更是关系到国计民生的重大问题, 然而相关研究尚处在起步阶段, 亟需更加系统、深入的研究。本文综述了动物性水产品及其养殖环境中抗生素抗性基因的赋存情况以及研究现状, 总结了现阶段在水产养殖业中经常检测到的各种抗性基因, 概述了其常用检测方法, 以及近年来发展迅速的宏基因组学和机器学习分析方法在抗性基因研究中发挥的作用。最后, 本文对近年来抗性基因相关健康风险评价的研究进展进行了归纳。本文将对如何进一步深入研究我国水产养殖中抗生素抗性基因的传播机制、预警和防控机制提供较为全面、系统的引导和借鉴。 |

The contamination of antibiotic resistance genes has caused widespread concern all over the world. As the largest user of antibiotics in the world, the pollution of antibiotic resistance genes in food is a major issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood in China, however, the related research is still in its infancy, and more systematic and in-depth research is urgently needed. This article reviewed the contamination of antibiotic resistance genes in the aquaculture environment and animal-source aquatic products, summarized various antibiotic resistance genes that were frequently detected in the aquaculture industry at this stage, the detection methods commonly used in the research of antibiotic resistance genes, the application of metagenomics and machine learning analysis methods in the research progress of antibiotic resistance genes. Finally, this article summarized the research progress of resistance gene-related health risk assessment. This paper will provide insights and ideas on how to further study the transmission mechanism, early warning and prevention and control mechanism of antibiotic resistance genes in aquaculture for more comprehensive and systematic guidance. |
