      目的 了解长江中下游地区克氏原鳌虾中呋喃西林代谢物氨基脲暴露水平及组织分布特征。方法 根据中国小龙虾产业发展报告(2020), 对长江中下游9个主要养殖产区进行克氏原螯虾样品的采集, 参考农业部783号公告, 对克氏原鳌虾样本水解后, 在37 ℃恒温条件下避光衍生化16 h, 后净化提取, 通过液相色谱-串联质谱法对克氏原鳌虾整体及不同组织中的氨基脲含量进行测定。结果 不同采样地区的克氏原鳌虾体内氨基脲检出率均为100%, 含量范围在0.25~43.72 μg/kg, 而克氏原鳌虾各组织中氨基脲暴露水平呈背壳>头壳>肝胰腺>肌肉的组织分布特征, 平均含量分别为4.71、3.63、1.66、0.26 μg/kg。结论 长江中下游地区克氏原鳌虾中均存在不同程度的氨基脲污染, 其中壳中的氨基脲污染较为严重, 可食用部分的肉不具有食用风险, 而肝胰腺过量食用可能存在健康风险。

      Objective To understand the exposure level and tissue distribution characteristics of nitrofurazone metabolite semicarbazide in Procambarus clarkii in the lower-middle reaches of the Yangtze River. Methods According to the Procambarus clarkii industry development of china report (2020), samples were taken from 9 main breeding areas in the lower-middle reaches of the Yangtze River, referring to the method of the Ministry of Agriculture Announcement No.783, the Procambarus clarkii was hydrolyzed and derivatized at a constant temperature of 37 ℃ for 16 h under light-proof conditions, and then purified and extracted, and the content of semicarbazide in the whole and different tissues of Procambarus clarkii was determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Results The detection rates of semicarbazide in Procambarus clarkii in different sampling areas were all 100%, and the content ranges were 0.25-43.72 μg/kg, the exposure level of semicarbazone in different tissues of Procambarus clarkii was distributed as dorsal shell>head shell> hepatopancreas>muscle, with the average content of 4.71, 3.63, 1.66 and 0.26 μg/kg, respectively. Conclusion There are different degrees of semicarbazide pollution in the Procambarus clarkii in the lower-middle reaches of the Yangtze River, among which the semicarbazide pollution in the shell is more serious, the edible part of the meat has no edible risk, and excessive consumption of hepatopancreas may have health risks.
