      目的 通过制备新型的NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4/GCE传感器对肉制品中的亚硝酸盐进行快速检测。方法 在氧化镍纳米材料(nickel oxide nanomaterials, NiO)基础上合成了NiO@Pt材料, 并复合1-乙烯基-3氨丙基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(AVIMBF4)离子液体, 制备了新型的NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4修饰材料, 采用玻碳电极(glassy carbon electrode, GCE)为工作电极构建了新型的NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4/GCE传感器, 通过对NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4、静置时间等条件的优化, 确定NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4/GCE的最佳检测条件, 对肉制品中的亚硝酸盐进行定量分析。结果 NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4具有良好的导电性、催化性和生物相容性能, 能有效提高传感器的灵敏度。亚硝酸盐浓度与其氧化峰电流在0.1~1100.0 μmol/L内呈良好的线性关系, r2=0.998, 检出限为0.019 μmol/L (S/N=3)且对实际样品的检测结果与国家标准规定方法检测结果一致。NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4/GCE重复性、重现性、稳定性良好, 而且对常见干扰物质具有很好的抗干扰能力。结论 制备的NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4/GCE简便、快捷、实用性强, 可应用于亚硝酸盐的快速定量分析。

      Objective To detect nitrite in meat products by preparing NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4/GCE sensor rapidly. Methods NiO@Pt material were synthesized based on nickel oxide nanomaterials (NiO), 1-vinyl-3-aminopropyl imidazole tetrafluoroborate (AVIMBF4) ionic liquid and NiO@Pt was combined together for preparing NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4 modified material, NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4/GCE sensor was prepared using glassy carbon electrode (GCE) as working electrode. The best detection conditions of NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4/GCE were determined by optimizing NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4, standing time etc. Results NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4 had good conductivity, catalysis and biocompatibility, and could improve the sensitivity of the sensor effectively. There was a good linear relationship between the nitrite concentration and oxidation peak current from 0.1 to 1100.0 μmol/L, r2=0.998, and the limit of detection was 0.019 μmol/L (S/N=3), and the test results of the actual samples were consistent with the test results of the method specified in the national standard. NiO@Pt-AVIMBF4/GCE had good repeatability, reproducibility and stability, and anti-interference ability for common interfering substances. Conclusion Prepared NiO@Pt -AVIMBF4/GCE is simple, fast and practical, and can be applied to the rapid quantitative analysis of nitrite.
