目的 对我国食品安全监管的研究文献计量并进行可视化分析。方法 以“食品安全监管”为主题词, 选取中国知网数据库中2003—2021年收录的来源于核心期刊的937篇相关文献, 基于CiteSpace软件对收集的文献数据进行关键词共线分析、关键词突变分析、关键词聚类分析及时区图分析, 探讨我国食品安全监管研究的演进历程、研究热点及发展前景。结果 食品安全监管领域的文献年度发表数趋于稳定; 运用关键词共线分析, 可知食品安全监管主要涉及的研究内容有(1)食品安全监管体制模式及法律研究; (2)食品安全监管治理策略; (3)食品安全监管效果评价。运用关键词聚类分析, 将18个食品安全监管聚类归为4类: 政府的主导作用、食品安全监管体制、重要组织机构、食品安全问题; 运用关键词突变分析, 可了解到食品安全监管由浅入深的研究演变历程; 运用时区图分析, 可知食品安全监管研究呈现出不断与时俱进、全方位优化的特点。结论 未来应细化食品安全监管研究领域, 创新食品安全监管研究方向。 |

Objective To measure and visually analyze the research literature of food safety supervision in China. Methods Taking “food safety supervision” as the theme word, 937 relevant literatures from core journals collected in China National Knowledge Infrastructure database from 2003 to 2021 were selected. Based on CiteSpace software, the collected literature data were analyzed by keyword collinear analysis, keyword mutation analysis, keyword clustering analysis and timely area map analysis, and explored the evolution process, research hotspot and development prospect of food safety supervision research in China. Results The number of annual publications in the field of food safety supervision tended to be stable; using the keyword collinear analysis, it could be seen that the main research contents of food safety supervision included: (1) Food safety supervision system model and legal research; (2) food safety supervision governance strategy; (3) food safety supervision effect evaluation. Using keyword cluster analysis, 18 food safety supervision clusters were divided into 4 categories: The leading role of the government, food safety supervision system, important organizations and food safety problems; by using keyword mutation analysis, the evolution of food safety supervision from shallow to deep could be understood. Using the time zone map analysis, it could be seen that the research on food safety supervision showed the characteristics of keeping pace with the times and all-round optimization. Conclusion In the future, the research field of food safety supervision should be refined, and the research direction of food safety supervision should be innovated. |
