      目的 通过建立茄子中仲丁灵快速、高灵敏的分析方法, 探究其在茄子中储藏稳定性和残留特征, 并针对我国不同人群开展膳食暴露风险评估。方法 样品经乙腈提取, 分散固相萃取净化, 超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, UPLC-MS/MS)测定, 外标法定量; 采用田间空白样本定量添加仲丁灵标准工作液于?20 ℃避光冷冻储藏, 不同时间间隔连续取样分析进行储藏稳定性研究; 采用确定性评估模型进行膳食暴露风险评价。结果 方法平均回收率、相对标准偏差和定量限(limit of quantitation, LOQ)分别为98.8%~103.6%、2.3%~9.8%和0.0010 mg/kg。茄子基质中仲丁灵能够稳定冷冻储藏至少336 d, 降解率为-7.2%~8.0%。结合我国茄子主产区分布和典型品种, 按良好农业规范(good agricultural practices, GAP)推荐施用48%仲丁灵乳油后, 收获期茄子中的最终残留水平均低于LOQ, 也低于欧盟限量标准。基于我国不同年龄、性别、地区的人群特征, 解析了仲丁灵在茄子中急性膳食风险商值分别为0.86%(一般人群)和1.57%(儿童群体), 在登记作物(茄子、大豆、番茄、水稻、花生、辣椒、棉籽和西瓜)中慢性膳食总风险商值为0.23%~0.76%。结论 仲丁灵对消费者通常不会产生不可接受的膳食风险, 但需持续关注生物累积与持久特征导致的高潜在健康负效应, 特别是对我国乡村儿童群体。

      Objective To develop the rapid and sensitive analytical method of butralin in eggplant, and investigate the corresponding storage stability and residual characteristics, and evaluate the risk of dietary exposure for Chinese population. Methods The samples were extracted by acetonitrile, purified by dispersive solid-phase extraction, determined by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), and quantified by external standard method. The field blank samples were added quantitatively with butralin standard working solution and stored at ?20 °C in dark, and the storage stability was studied by continuous sampling analysis at different time intervals. The deterministic assessment model was applied to the dietary exposure risk assessment. Results The average recoveries, relative standard deviations and limit of quantitation (LOQ) were 98.8%?103.6%, 2.3%?9.8% and 0.0010 mg/kg, respectively. Butralin in eggplant matrix could be stored stably for 336 d, with the degradation rates of ?7.2%?8.0%. Combined with the distribution of main eggplant producing areas and typical varieties in China, the final residual levels in eggplant at harvest stage were lower than LOQ and also lower than the European Union limit standard after butralin was recommended according to good agricultural practices (GAP). Based on the population characteristics of different ages, genders and regions in China, the acute dietary risk of butralin in eggplant was analyzed to be 0.86% (general population) and 1.57% (children group), whereas the total of chronic risks was 0.23%?0.76% in registered crops (eggplant, soybean, tomato, rice, peanut, pepper, cottonseed and watermelon). Conclusion Butralin usually does not cause unacceptable exposure risks to dietary consumers, however, it’s necessary to continuously concern the high potential negative health effects of butralin due to the biological accumulation and persistent fate, especially for rural children in our country.
