      目的 采用微量元素多元统计和微观形态分析相结合的手段, 从元素含量分布和形态结构的角度鉴别不同产地、品种的花椒叶, 为市面上花椒叶混售、以次充好的现象提供解决思路。方法 采用湿法消解结合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱技术同步检测不同产地、品种12个样品中的Ba、Ce、Ho、La、Tm、Mo、Pr、Sr、P、Mg 10种微量元素。利用主成分分析与聚类分析对数据进行研究, 并基于扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope, SEM)的微观形态分析佐证了多元统计分析的结论。结果 主成分分析结果显示, 2个主成分贡献率达到68.05%, 样品可显著聚类为2类, 扫描电镜下伏椒叶与油椒叶结构差异显著。部分元素的数值特征可将不同产地的伏椒叶和油椒叶进行区分。结论 本研究能够有效地判别不同产地、品种的花椒叶, 可以为相关问题解决提供思路。
英文摘要:
      Objective To identify Zanthoxylum bungeanum leaves from different producing origin and varieties from the angle of element content distribution and morphological structure by means of the combination of multivariate statistics of trace elements and microscopic morphological analysis, and provide solutions for the phenomenon of mixed sale and shoddy Zanthoxylum bungeanum leaves in the market. Methods Ten kinds of trace elements including Ba, Ce, Ho, La, Tm, Mo, Pr, Sr, P and Mg in 12 samples from different origins and cultivar were simultaneously detected by wet digestion combined with inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy. The data were studied by principal component analysis and cluster analysis, and the conclusion of multivariate statistical analysis was proved by scanning electron microscope (SEM) microscopic morphology analysis. Results Principal component analysis results showed that the contribution rates of the 2 principal components from the origin and cultivar reached 68.05%, and the samples could be significantly clustered into 2 classes, the structural differences between the Fujiao leaves and Youjiao leaves were significant under the scanning electron microscope. The numerical characteristics of some elements can distinguish the leaves of Fujiao and Youjiao from different producing areas. Conclusion This study can effectively distinguish the leaves of Zanthoxylum bungeanum from different producing origin and cultivar, and can provide ideas for solving related problems.
