      目的 采用基于增强型脂质去除吸附剂(enhanced matrix removal lipid, EMR-lipid)的QuEChERS净化技术, 建立超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, UPLC-MS/MS)同时检测食用植物油中叔丁基对羟基茴香醚(butyl hydroxyanisole, BHA)、叔丁基对苯二酚(tert-butyl hydroquinone, TBHQ)、2,4,5-三羟基苯丁酮(2,4,5-trihydroxybutyrophenone, THBP)、没食子酸丙酯(propyl gallate, PG)、2,6-二叔丁基-4-羟甲基苯酚(2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxymethylphenol, Ionox-100) 5种合成抗氧化剂的检测方法。方法 样品经乙腈提取和EMR-Lipid除脂净化, C18色谱柱分离, 采用乙腈和水作为流动相梯度洗脱, 质谱电喷雾和多反应监测模式(multiple reaction monitoring, MRM)进行检测分析。结果 5种抗氧化剂在0.05~5.00 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.993), 检出限为0.01~0.08 mg/kg。在0.2、1.0、5.0 mg/kg 3个不同浓度加标水平的平均回收率为82.5%~103.6%, 相对标准偏差为1.7%~6.8% (n=6)。结论 本方法前处理简单快速、净化效果好, 适用于植物油中BHA、TBHQ、THBP、PG和Ionox-100合成抗氧化剂的检测。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of 5 kinds of synthetic antioxidants including butyl hydroxyanisole (BHA), tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ), 2,4,5-trihydroxybutyrophenone (THBP), propyl gallate (PG), 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxymethylphenol (Ionox-100) by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) with QuEChERS purification technology based on enhanced matrix removal lipid (EMR-lipid). Methods Samples were extracted by acetonitrile, purified by EMR-lipid, separated on a C18 column by gradient elution with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase, and detected by multiple reaction monitoring mode (MRM) with electrospray ionization. Results Five kinds of antioxidants had good linear relationships (r≥0.993) in the range of 0.05?5.00 μg/mL, the limits of detection were 0.01?0.08 mg/kg. The average recoveries at 3 spiked levels of 0.2, 1.0 and 5.0 mg/kg were 82.5%?103.6%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.7%?6.8% (n=6). Conclusions This method is simple, rapid and has good purification effect, which is suitable for the determination of BHA、TBHQ、THBP、PG and Ionox-100 in vegetable oils.
