      伴随着水果、蔬菜等农产品的规模化种植, 不同种类农药被过量地用于产品增收和病虫害防治, 进而导致的农药残留超标成为我国农产品质量安全问题的核心。为确保消费者舌尖上的安全, “十三五”期间我国对农药残留检测标准进行了大量的修制订工作, 本文对比了2008—2021年各时期农药残留检测标准的差异, 从各检测标准在前处理过程中采用的净化方式、应对基质效应的手段、判断假阳性结果的改进以及选用的仪器设备在定量模式、检测限和维护成本等方面出发, 结合我国现行食品安全抽查细则中的规定, 系统梳理了各农药残留检测标准在前处理和仪器设备使用两方面的先进性与适用性, 便于食品检测机构在样品测试及监管部门制定抽检方案上采用正确的农药残留检测标准, 确保出具检测报告的合规性以及下达检测结论的符合性。

      Along with large-scale cultivation of agricultural products, such as fruits, vegetables, the variety pesticides with large doses were used to raise the crop yield and pest control. Due to the misuse and overuse of pesticide, pesticide residue has gradually become the problem affecting the quality and safety of agricultural products in China. China has updated a large number of national detecting standards of pesticide residue during the 13th five-year plan to ensure the supply of safety food for the consumers. In this paper, the differences of pesticide residue detection standards form 2008 to 2021 were compared from the aspects of pretreatment and purification methods of different pesticide residue detection standards, the improvement of coping with matrix effect and false positive results, the differences of instrument and equipment detectors, maintenance and cost, and the advance and limitations of the pesticide testing standards in pre-treatment and selection of instruments and equipment were systematically summarized. The results provide an important reference for regulatory authorities and food testing institutions to make sampling inspection plans, select pesticide residue detection methods, ensure the correctness of test reports and the conformity of test conclusions.
