      随着人们的生活质量不断提升, 畜类食品的安全问题也逐渐引起人们的重视。畜类食品中过量的兽药残留会对人体产生危害, 其检测技术的研究进展成为人们关注的焦点。电化学检测技术具有灵敏度高、检测限低、简单经济、检测时间短等优点。纳米基作为一种修饰材料, 可以为电化学检测提供更多的结合位点, 获得更灵敏的电流响应信号和更高的检测效率。纳米材料因其良好的催化和导电性能, 以及对待测物质的良好亲和性而被广泛应用在兽药残留的检测中。本文综述了碳、金属粒子和量子点3种纳米材料所修饰的电化学传感器在食品中兽药残留检测中的应用现状, 对电化学传感器在兽药残留检测方面的发展前景进行展望。
英文摘要:
      With the continuous improvement of the life quality, the safety of livestock food has gradually attracted people's attention. Excessive veterinary drug residues in livestock food can harm the human body, and the research progress of its detection technologies have become the focus of attention. Electrochemical detection technologies have the advantages of high sensitivity, low detection limit, simple and economical, and short detection time, etc. As a modified material, nano-based materials can provide more binding sites for electrochemical detection to obtain more sensitive current response signals and higher detection efficiency. Nano-materials are widely used in the detection of veterinary drug residues because of their excellent catalytic and conductive properties, and excellent affinity for the substances under test. This paper reviewed the application status of electrochemical sensors modified by 3 kinds of nano-materials of carbon, metal particles and quantum dots in the detection of veterinary drug residues in food, and forecasted the development prospect of electrochemical sensors in veterinary drug residues detection.
