      目的 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)同时测定“驱毒茶”[以四数九里香(Murraya tetramera Huang)为原料的代用茶]中21种元素含量的方法。方法 样品先经酸消化后, 微波消解, 赶酸后上机, 其他条件为: 等离子体入射功率1300 W; 载气氩气流速13.4 L/min; 碰撞池氦气流量1.2 L/min; 采样深度3.0 cm; 雾化室温度25 ℃; 蠕动泵泵速0.4 r/s。结果 钾、钙、镁、钠、铁、锶、锰、铝、铬、硼、镍、钡、钒、钛、锌、硒、钴、铅、铜、砷、镉检测质量浓度线性范围均为0~500 μg/L, 各标准曲线相关系数r≥0.9992, 定量限为0.3483~9.9262 μg/L。精密度、稳定性、重复性实验的相对标准偏差小于等于3.45%, 加样回收率为96.30%~101.13%, 相对标准偏差为0.67%~2.45% (n=6)。样品中铁、镁、钾、锰、硼、钙的含量较高。结论 该方法效率高, 可同时测定“驱毒茶”中21种无机元素的含量。“驱毒茶”中常量元素含量较高, 微量元素种类也很丰富。

      Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 21 kinds of elements in “Qudu Tea” (a substitute tea with Murraya tetramera Huang as the raw material) by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method (ICP-MS). Methods The samples were digested by acid firstly and then by microwave digestion, after the acid was driven out, the samples were loaded on the computer, other conditions were as follows: Plasma incident forward power was 1300 W; the flow rate of carrier gas argon was 13.4 L/min; the flow rate of helium in collision pool was 1.2 L/min; sampling depth was 3.0 cm; atomizing chamber temperature was 25 ℃; and the pump speed of peristaltic pump was 0.4 r/s. Results The linear ranges of the detected mass concentrations of potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, iron, strontium, manganese, aluminum, chromium, boron, nickel, barium, vanadium, titanium, zinc, selenium, cobalt, lead, copper, arsenic and cadmium were all 0?500 μg/L, the correlation coefficient r of each standard curve was greater than or equal to 0.9992, and the limits of detection were 0.3483?9.9262 μg/L. The relative standard deviations of precision, stability and repeatability experiments were less than or equal to 3.45%, the recovery rates of spiked samples were 96.30%?101.13%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.67%?2.45% (n=6). The content of iron, magnesium, potassium, manganese, boron and calcium in the samples was high. Conclusion This method has high efficiency and can be used to simultaneously determine the content of 21 kinds of inorganic elements in “Qudu Tea”. “Qudu Tea” has a high content of major elements and a rich variety of trace elements.
