      目的 对3个主流平台网售塑料餐饮具的信息标识情况进行抽样和分析, 旨在为完善该类产品在网络销售时信息标识提供科学指导。方法 在淘宝、京东、拼多多3家网络购物平台进行塑料餐饮具相关产品的检索和查询, 收集产品展示信息, 并进行分类和整理。结果 共搜集150款塑料餐饮具产品信息, 调查发现仅2.0%的样品直接展示了标签标识; 商品名称冗长, 不能客观描述产品真实名称, 且5.5%的样品名称标示错误; 虽然90.7%的样品标示了树脂名称, 但标识内容均不符合GB 4806.7—2016《食品安全国家标准 食品接触用塑料材料及制品》的要求; 有70.7%的商品未标示符合性声明; 保质期、生产企业相关信息、生产许可证编号和标志、使用说明的标示率分别为18.0%、24.7%、26.0%、50.7%。结论 网售塑料餐饮具的展示信息缺失和不规范情况较严重, 在不能展示产品标签的情况下, 符合性声明、生产许可证标识和编号等信息缺失, 这不利于该产品的科学选购和使用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To sample and analyze the information identification of plastic tableware sold online on three mainstream platforms, in order to provide scientific guidance for improving the information identification of such products in online sales. Methods The products related to plastic tableware were searched and queried on Taobao, Jingdong and Pinduoduo 3 online shopping platforms, and the product display information was collected, classified and sorted out. Results A total of 150 plastic tableware product information was collected. The survey found that only 2.0% of the samples directly displayed the label; the product name was long and could not objectively describe the true name of the product, and 5.5% of the samples were incorrectly labeled; although 90.7% of the samples mark the resin name, but the content of the marking did not meet the requirements of GB 4806.7—2016 National food safety standard-Plastic materials and products for food contact; 70.7% of the products were not marked with a declaration of conformity; the shelf life, relevant information of the manufacturer, the production license number and logo, and the labeling rate of the instructions for use were respectively 18.0%, 24.7%, 26.0%, 50.7%. Conclusion The lack and nonstandard display information of online plastic tableware is serious. When the product label cannot be displayed, the information such as compliance statement, production license identification and number is missing, which is not conducive to the scientific purchase and use of the product.
