食用植物油作为日常生活必需品, 其安全性是消费者和政府非常关心的问题, 也是食品安全监管的难点和热点。本文就2020年我国食用植物油国家食品安全监督抽检情况进行分析, 对食用植物油的主要质量安全风险进行归纳总结, 从规范食品安全监督抽检的角度, 分析了抽样工作、检验工作、报告审核3个方面质量控制的关键控制点, 并运用部分实例, 重点阐述了在食用植物油抽检过程中容易忽视的问题, 并针对问题提出质量控制措施, 拟为规范抽检流程、防控风险、保障食用植物油质量安全提供参考依据。 |

As a necessary product in daily life, the safety of edible vegetable oil has always been concerned by consumers and government, and it is also a difficult and hot issue in food safety supervision. This study investigated the main quality and safety risks of edible vegetable oil through analyzing the state food safety supervision sampling inspection in 2020, analyzed the 3 major aspects of sampling work, inspection work, and report audit from the perspective of regulating food safety supervision and sampling inspection, indicated the unexpected and quite easily overlooked problem in the sampling inspection process of edible vegetable oil using the existing case, and put forward quality control measures to solve the problem, aiming to provide following references for standardizing sampling inspection process, preventing and controlling risk and guaranteeing quality and safety of edible vegetable oil. |
