      弧菌是一种常见的病原微生物, 广泛存在于海水以及海洋类食品之中。近几十年来, 弧菌对人体健康、食品卫生以及海产品养殖业造成的危害已愈来愈受到人们的重视。本文就近10年霍乱弧菌、副溶血性弧菌、创伤弧菌、拟态弧菌和溶藻弧菌等常见致病性弧菌的相关检测技术的研究报道, 从聚焦于弧菌表征的传统常规检测方法如传统培养方法、免疫相关检测技术和基于核酸靶向分子或聚焦于新平台的新型检测方法如核酸检测技术、生物传感器检测技术、生物芯片检测技术等这2个方面对相关文献资料进行综述整理, 通过总结新、旧技术未来在致病性弧菌检测方面的应用, 预测今后致病性弧菌检测技术将向多技术联合检测与“一键化”检测2个方向拓展, 期望本文能够为致病性弧菌快速检测这一领域的研究提供新的思路。
英文摘要:
      Vibrio is one of the common pathogenic bacteria, widely existing in seawater and seafood. In recent decades, the harm of Vibrio to human health, food hygiene and seafood farming has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, the research published in the past ten years focusing on the detection techniques of pathogenic Vibrio, such as Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio vulnificus, Vibrio mimicus, and Vibrio alginolyticus, were selected and reviewed the advance in research from 2 aspects: The traditional method based on microbiological characteristics such as traditional culture methods, immunology-based detection techniques and new techniques based on target gene amplification or new detection platform such as nucleic-acid-based detection techniques, biosensor-based detection techniques, biochip-based detection techniques. We summarized the application of these new and old techniques in detecting pathogenic Vibrio in the future, it was predicted that the direction of development of pathogenic Vibrio detection techniques: Multi-techniques joint detection and "one-click" detection, which hoped to provide new ideas for the rapid detection of pathogenic Vibrio in human.
