      目的 优化气相色谱法同时测定白酒中甲醇、乙酸乙酯和己酸乙酯的仪器分析条件。方法 优化色谱条件为: HP-INNOWax (30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm)石英毛细管柱, 程序升温分离, 流速1.4 mL/min, 进样量1.00 μL, 氢火焰离子化检测器检测。采用直接进样法结合标准溶液定性定量。结果 在优化的色谱条件下, 白酒中甲醇、乙酸乙酯和己酸乙酯在0.010~2.000 g/L范围内线性良好, 相关系数(r)均大于0.999, 定量限为0.020~0.030 g/L, 平均回收率为90.3%~104.0%, 相对标准偏差在0.66%~4.76% (n=6)之间。结论 该方法具有操作简便、快速、准确的特点, 适用于白酒中甲醇、乙酸乙酯和己酸乙酯的同时分析。

      Objective To optimize the analysis conditions of gas chromatography instrument for simultaneous determination of methanol, ethyl acetate and ethyl caproate in Chinese liquor. Methods The optimal chromatographic conditions were as follows: HP-INNOWax (30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) quartz capillary column, temperature-programmed separation, flow rate of 1.4 mL/min, injection volume of 1.00 μL, and detection by flame ionization detector. The direct injection method combined with the standard solution was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results Under the optimized chromatographic conditions, the linearities of methanol, ethyl acetate and ethyl caproate in Chinese liquor were good within the range of 0.010?2.000 g/L, the correlation coefficients (r) were all greater than 0.999, the limits of quantitation were 0.020?0.030 g/L, the average recoveries were 90.3%?104.0%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.66%?4.76% (n=6). Conclusions This method is simple, rapid and accurate, and is suitable for the simultaneous analysis of methanol, ethyl acetate and ethyl caproate in Chinese liquor.
