      目的 建立气相色谱-串联质谱法测定蔬菜中8种多溴联苯醚的分析方法。方法 样品采用正己烷: 丙酮(1:1, V:V)提取, 用25 mg N-丙基乙二胺(primary secondary amine, PSA)、150 mg MgSO4净化, 利用气相色谱-串联质谱在多反应离子监测模式下进行检测, 外标法定量。结果 8种多溴联苯醚的相关系数(r)均大于0.99, 方法检出限范围为0.0001~0.0009 mg/kg。在3种不同蔬菜基质中3个添加水平(0.005、0.020、0.200 mg/kg)的平均回收率为91.1%~114.0%, 相对标准偏差为1.7%~8.7%。结论 该方法前处理简单快速、灵敏度高, 具有良好的回收率和稳定性, 适用于不同种蔬菜中8种多溴联苯醚的测定。

      Objective To establish an analytical method for the determination of 8 kinds of polybrominated diphenyl ethers in vegetables by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were extracted with n-hexane: Acetone (1:1, V:V) and purified with 25 mg of primary secondary amine (PSA) and 150 mg MgSO4. The samples were detected by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in multi-reaction ion monitoring mode, and quantified by external standard method. Results The correlation coefficients (r) of the 8 kinds of polybrominated diphenyl ethers were greater than 0.99, and the limits of detection were 0.0001?0.0009 mg/kg. The average recoveries were 91.1%?114.0% and the relative standard deviations were 1.7%?8.7% at the 3 kinds of levels (0.005, 0.020, 0.200 mg/kg) in 3 kinds of different vegetable matrices. Conclusions This method is simple, rapid, sensitive, with good recovery and stability, and is suitable for the determination of 8 kinds of polybrominated diphenyl ethers in different vegetables.
