      目的 建立QuEChERS-高效液相色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱法测定鸡肉中36种兽药残留的检测方法。方法 鸡肉样品采用酸化乙腈提取后, 加入1 g NaCl、4 g NaSO4, 盐析后取上清液, 用PSA 50 mg、C18 150 mg、NaSO4 900 mg净化后, 采用Waters C18 (100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm)色谱柱分离, 在三重四极杆正离子反应监测模式下(multiple reaction monitoring, MRM)测定, 基质标准曲线结合内标法定量。结果 磺胺类和喹诺酮类药物在0.1~50.0 μg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数r2均大于0.995。在添加量为1.0、2.0、 10.0 μg/kg时, 回收率分别为86.3%~110.6%、89.7%~106.9%, 相对标准偏差分别为2.1%~6.6%、2.7%~6.5%。结论 建立的方法精密度、准确度较高、选择性好、操作简便, 适用于鸡肉中36种兽药残留的日常监测。

      Objective To establish a method for determination for 36 kinds of veterinary drug residues in chicken by QuEChERS-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Methods Chicken samples were extracted with acid acetonitrile, salting out, and then the organic phase were cleaned by PSA 50 mg、C18 150 mg、NaSO4 900 mg. A Waters C18 Column (100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7μm) was used for separation, ESI positive ion scan was used with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode and quantified by matrix-matched internal standard method. Results The linear relationship between the concentration of sulfonamide and quinolones in the concentration range of 0.1?50.0 μg/L was good, and the correlation coefficient r2 was higher than 0.995. The recoveries were 86.3%?110.6%, 89.7%?106.9% when the dosage was 1.0, 2.0, 10.0 μg/kg, the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 2.1%?6.6%, 2.7%?6.5%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of high precision, high accuracy, good selectivity, simple operation, and can be used for the daily monitoring of the 36 kinds of veterinary drug residues in chicken.
