目的 制备猪肉中氯霉素质控样品, 探究其在快速检测方面的应用。方法 称取适量新鲜猪肉, 加入一定体积的氯霉素标准溶液, 经绞碎匀浆、真空冷冻干燥、粉碎、过筛、包装等步骤制得质控样品。依据CNAS—GL003:2018《能力验证样品均匀性和稳定性评价指南》对质控样品进行均匀性与稳定性评价。结果 均匀性检验结果显示制备的低、高浓度氯霉素质控样品的F值均小于F0.05 (9,10), 样品间不存在显著性差异, 表明均匀性良好。稳定性检验结果显示各时间段的t值均少于t临界值, 表明样品在8个月存储期间的稳定性良好。结论 通过本方法制得的质控样品可适用于日常快检工作的质量控制、产品验证、盲样考核等领域, 且制备方式具有可复制性。 |

Objective To prepare quality control samples of chloramphenicol in pork, and explore its application in rapid detection. Methods A proper amount of fresh pork was weighed and a certain volume of chloramphenicol standard substance was added. After mincing, homogenization, vacuum freeze drying, pulverizing sieving, packaging, and other steps, quality control samples were prepared. According to CNAS—GL003:2018 Guidance on evaluating the homogeneity and stability of samples used for proficiency testing, the uniformity and stability of chloramphenicol quality control samples were evaluated. Results The results of homogeneity test showed that the F values of the prepared quality control samples of low and high concentrations of chloramphenicol were less than F0.05 (9,10), and there was no significant difference between the samples, indicating good homogeneity. The stability test results showed that the t values for each time period were less than the t critical value, indicating that the stability of the samples during the 8 month storage period was good. Conclusion The quality control samples prepared by this method can be applied to the fields of quality control, product verification, blind sample assessment and the like in daily quick inspection work, and the preparation method is reproducible. |
