天然产物活性多糖对肠道疾病作用的研究进展

      由于不健康的生活习惯和饮食结构, 患有肠道疾病的人数逐年增加。尽管药物可以在很大程度上缓解病症, 但是有较强的毒副作用。目前很多学者从微生物、植物、动物中提取出天然产物活性多糖, 有研究表明, 天然产物活性多糖表现出的多种生物活性可能与其调节肠道微生态密切相关, 并且天然产物活性多糖可能在治疗肠道疾病方面有着很大潜力。本文通过整理归纳天然产物活性多糖分类及生物活性、天然产物活性多糖作为益生元、天然产物活性多糖治疗肠道疾病和作用机制的研究进展, 为肠道疾病的预防和治疗提供新思路, 为多糖肠道保护功能性产品开发及临床应用提供参考。

      Due to unhealthy living habits and dietary structure, the number of people suffering from intestinal diseases is increasing year by year. Although medicines can relieve symptoms to a great extent, but they have strong toxic and side effects. At present, many scholars have extracted natural product bioactive polysaccharides from microorganisms, plants, and animals, studies have shown that the various biological activities of bioactive polysaccharides maybe closely related to the regulation of intestinal microecology, and bioactive polysaccharides may have great potential in the treatment of intestinal diseases. This article summarized the classification and biological activity of bioactive polysaccharides, bioactive polysaccharide as prebiotics, bioactive polysaccharides in the treatment of intestinal diseases and its mechanism of action, providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of intestinal diseases, and giving referable advice to the development and clinical application of polysaccharide intestinal protection functional products.
