局域表面等离子体共振(localized surface plasmon resonance, LSPR)是表面等离子共振(surface plasmon resonance, SPR)中的一种特殊情况, 是当光线入射到金属纳米颗粒上时引起的共振现象, 可被用来实时跟踪天然状态下生物分子之间的相互作用。这种方法对生物分子无任何损伤, 且不需任何标记物。LSPR比色法灵敏度高、多色变化, 可用于试纸条、试剂盒的制作。本文解释了LSPR的基本原理及比色技术的概况, 综述了近5年基于LSPR的比色技术在食品安全方面的应用, 最后对基于LSPR生物传感器比色法的发展和应用及研究领域所面临的挑战和未来的发展方向进行了讨论, 以期为LSPR比色法日后在食品安全领域更好地应用提供参考。 |

Localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) is a special case of surface plasmon resonance (SPR), that the resonance phenomenon caused by light incident on metal nanoparticles can be used to track the interaction between biomolecules in natural state in real time. This method has no damage to biomolecules and does not need any markers. LSPR colorimetric method has high sensitivity and multi-color change, and can be used to make test strips and kits. This paper explained the basic principle of LSPR and the general situation of colorimetric technology, and reviewed the application of LSPR based on colorimetric technology in food safety in recent 5 years, finally discussed the development and application of LSPR based on biosensor colorimetric method, the challenges faced by the research field and the future development direction, in order to provide reference for better application of LSPR colorimetry in the field of food safety in the future. |
