      目的 建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)测定花椒中Sc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu 16种稀土元素含量的方法。方法 采用微波消解技术结合硝酸-过氧化氢体系进行样品预处理, 通过在线加入Rh、Re内标元素进行基体干扰的校正, 通过ICP-MS的动能歧视效应(kinetic energy discrimination, KED)消除可能存在的多原子离子干扰, 以国家标准物质绿茶(GBW 10052)进行方法准确度验证。结果 16种稀土元素在0.05~ 10 μg/L的范围内具有良好的线性关系, 线性相关系数r2>0.999, 各元素的检出限为0.045~1.282 μg/kg, 定量限为0.150~4.272 μg/kg, 平均回收率为89.7%~107.5%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviations, RSD)为0.2%~4.7%。实际样品分析结果表明, 花椒中16种稀土元素均有检出, 含量范围为0.178~2058 μg/kg。结论 该方法准确度高、灵敏度好, 可应用于花椒中稀土元素的测定。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of 16 kinds of rare earth elements of Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu in Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. by microwave digestion with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods The sample was pretreated by microwave digestion combined with nitric acid hydrogen peroxide system. The matrix interference was corrected by adding Rh and Re internal standard elements online. The possible multi atom ionization interference was eliminated by kinetic energy discrimination (KED) of ICP-MS. The accuracy of the method was verified by national standard material green tea (GBW 10052). Results The linear relationship of the 16 kinds of rare earth elements was good in the range of 0.05?10 μg/L, the correlation coefficients (r2) were greater than 0.999, the limits of detection were 0.045? 1.282 μg/kg, the limits of quantification were 0.150?4.272 μg/kg, the average recoveries were 89.7%?107.5%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0.2%?4.7%. The results of actual samples analysis showed that 16 kinds of rare earth elements were detected in Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim., and the contents were 0.178?2058 μg/kg.
