      目的 建立吡唑醚菌酯在杨桃中的残留检测方法, 并对吡唑醚菌酯慢性摄入风险进行评估。方法 样品经乙腈提取, C18和PSA净化, 超高效液相色谱串联-质谱法检测, 外标法定量。结果 在不同添加水平下, 杨桃中吡唑醚菌酯的平均回收率为73%~105%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为4.2%~7.5%, 最小检出量为1×10?9 mg, 最低检测浓度为0.01 mg/kg。吡唑醚菌酯在杨桃中的消解符合一级动力学方程, 半衰期为5.7~5.8 d。按本试验设计进行施药, 不同采收间隔期杨桃中吡唑醚菌酯的残留量均<2.56 mg/kg。结论 我国并未制定吡唑醚菌酯在杨桃上的最大残留量, 通过模拟分析可以得出吡唑醚菌酯的普通人群国家估计每日摄入量(national estimated daily intake, NEDI)是1.2 mg, 占日允许摄入量的63.3%左右, 认为对一般人群健康不会产生不可接受的风险。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of pyraclostrobin in carambola and to evaluate the risk of chronic ingestion in pyraclostrobin. Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by C18 and PSA, and detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with external standard method for quantification. Results Under different addition levels, the average recoveries of pyraclostrobin in carambola was 73%?105%, the relative standard deviations were 4.2%?7.5%, the minimum detectable amount was 1×10–9 mg, and the minimum detected concentration was 0.01 mg/kg. The digestion of pyraclostrobin in carambola conformed to the first-order kinetic equation, and the half-life was 5.7?5.8 d. When the pesticide was applied according to the design of this experiment, the residual amount of pyraclostrobin in carambola at different harvest intervals was <2.56 mg/kg. Conclusion China has not established the maximum residue of pyraclostrobin in carambola. Through simulation analysis, it can be concluded that the national estimated daily intake (NEDI) of the general population in pyraclostrobin is 1.2 mg, accounting for about 63.3% of the allowable daily intake, which means that it will not pose unacceptable risks to the health of the general population.
