      肉苁蓉属于药食同源物质, 是列当科多年生草本寄生植物, 具有抗氧化、抗疲劳等功效。肉苁蓉有“沙漠人参”之称, 在许多传统中医药古籍中被描述为具有抗衰老特性。肉苁蓉抗衰老功效备受人们的关注, 成为保健食品研究的热点之一。本文从自由基学说、端粒学说、免疫学说、脑中心学说以及干细胞移植、热量限制、中医衰老等方面阐述了抗衰老的机制, 并分别从肉苁蓉多糖、总苷、苯乙醇苷类物质、提取物详细论述了肉苁蓉生物活性成分的抗衰老作用, 以期为肉苁蓉抗衰老产品的开发提供一定的参考依据。
英文摘要:
      Cistanche belongs to the homologous substance of medicine and food. It is a perennial herbaceous parasitic plant of Ledangaceae, and has the effects of anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue. Cistanche, known as "desert ginseng", is described as anti-aging in many ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine. The anti-aging effect of Cistanche has attracted much attention and become one of the hot spots in health food research. This paper discussed the mechanism of anti-aging from the aspects of free radical theory, telomere theory, immune theory, brain-center theory, stem cell transplantation, heat restriction, traditional Chinese medicine aging-theory and so on, and discussed the anti-aging effects of bioactive components of Cistanches in detail from the aspects of polysaccharides, total glycosides, phenylethanoid glycosides and extracts, so as to provide some references for the development of anti-aging products of Cistanches.
