目的 建立催化动力学法检测白酒中乙醇含量的分析方法。方法 优化反应体系, 确定最佳实验条件, 采用二价铜离子催化过氧化氢氧化罗丹明B褪色催化动力学反应体系测定白酒中乙醇含量。结果 乙醇的浓度在0~1.00 mg/mL的区间范围内与催化体系与非催化体系吸光度值之差(ΔA)存在着良好的线性关系, 相关系数r2=0.9996。方法的标准偏差为0.0033, 相对标准偏差为0.57%, 检出限为0.99×10?7 g/mL, 5种白酒样品的加标回收率皆为90%~94%。结论 该方法具有准确快速的特点, 可用于白酒中乙醇含量的测定。 |

Objective To establish a method for determination of alcohol content in liquor by catalytic dynamic method. Methods The reaction system was optimized and the best experimental conditions were determined. The decolorization catalytic kinetic reaction system of rhodamine B oxidation by hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by divalent copper ion was used to determine the ethanol content in liquor. Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of ethanol in the range of 0?1.00 mg/mL and the absorbance difference between the catalytic system and the non-catalytic system (ΔA), and the correlation coefficient r2 was 0.9996. The precision of the method was 0.0033, relative standard deviation was 0.57%, the limit of detection was 0.99×10?7 g/mL, and the recoveries of 5 kinds of liquor samples were 90%~94%. Conclusion This method is accurate and rapid, and can be used for the determination of alcohol content in liquor. |
