食品安全不仅是一个技术问题, 更是一个社会问题, 从根本上实现食品安全是一个全球性的难题。本文从我国食品安全面临的主要问题着手, 通过对食品的生产、加工、包装、存储、物流、销售等环节以及食品的检测、监管、法规、标准等多角度进行剖析, 探讨食品安全问题产生的原因及可能解决的途径; 主张从科普教育着手, 从安全生产、监管平台、检测体系到检测技术服务, 构建一个以风险管理为主的食品安全生态体系, 最终实现我国食品安全的“政府监管、全民共治”, 为我国食品安全面临的主要问题提供解决思路。 |

Food safety is not just a technical problem, but more of a social problem. It is a global problem to fundamentally secure food safety. This paper started with the main problems of food safety in our country, through analyzing the links of food production, processing, packaging, storage, logistics, sales and food detection, supervision, regulations, standards and other aspects, discussed the causes of food safety problems and possible solutions, advocated starting from popular science education, and constructed a food safety ecological system based on risk management from safe production, supervision platform, detection system to detection technology service, and finally realizing the "government supervision and national governance" of food safety in China, in order to provide solutions to the main problems faced by China's food safety. |
