牛磺酸是一种含硫条件性必需氨基酸, 是人和动物机体内不可缺少的一种生理活性物质。牛磺酸对于机体的运动能力有着重要的影响, 目前已被开发成颇具潜力的抗运动性疲劳的营养补充剂, 同时在医药、卫生、保健等领域里也具有广泛商业价值和社会价值。本文在介绍牛磺酸的代谢过程及生理作用的基础上, 重点对目前国内外关于补充牛磺酸与提高人体的运动能力的关系及其作用机制进行总结, 梳理牛磺酸在抗运动性疲劳、改善运动耐力、促进骨骼肌的收缩特性、保护中枢神经系统和有助于运动恢复等方面具有的重要作用, 以期为牛磺酸未来的应用提供参考依据。 |

Taurine is a sulfur-containing conditionally essential amino acid, which is an indispensable physiological active substance in human and animal body. Taurine has an important influence on the body’s exercise ability. At present, taurine has been developed into a potential nutritional supplement for anti-exercise fatigue. At the same time, taurine also has a wide range of commercial value and social value in the fields of medicine, health care and so on. On the basis of introducing the metabolic process and physiological function of taurine, this paper mainly summarized the relationship between taurine supplement and improving human exercise ability at home and abroad and its mechanism, and combed important role of taurine in anti-exercise fatigue, improving exercise endurance, promoting the contractile characteristics of skeletal muscles, protecting central nervous system and helping exercise recovery, so as to provide references for the future application of taurine. |
