      目的 研究茼蒿对网球运动员的身体运动表现的影响。方法 以36名网球运动员为研究对象, 平均分为补充组、安慰组以及对照组, 然后进行一个有安慰剂的双盲交叉实验。受试者在第7 d完成茼蒿补充后进行10组网球场冲刺来回跑, 在测试前、测试后以及测试中每完成2组网球场冲刺来回跑测定葡萄糖、血乳酸浓度以及总时间, 在完成测试后不同时间段测量白介素-6 (IL-6)水平。跑步后的第2 d进行3 RM的膝关节屈伸训练。接着受试者持续2周时间停止补充茼蒿测试验证。结果 茼蒿补充组在完成10组网球场冲刺来回计时跑后IL-6含量相对对照组有所减少(P>0.05)。茼蒿补充组在完成10组网球场冲刺来回跑测试后1 h和24 h的血糖浓度升高(P>0.05)。用茼蒿补充组与对照组膝关节屈伸度与测试前相比没有明显变化(P>0.05), 但是安慰剂组显著降低(P<0.05)。安慰剂组与对照组在完成10组网球场冲刺来回跑的时间上基本相同, 但是使用适量茼蒿补充后的网球运动员速度会稍微快一些。结论 茼蒿可以通过电介质平衡来增加肌肉功能, 表现出肌肉恢复速度更快, 从而有益于运动水平提高。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the effect of crown daisy on the physical performance of tennis players. Methods A total of 36 tennis players were divided into supplement group, placebo group and control group, and then a double-blind crossover experiment with placebo was conducted. On the 7th day, the subjects completed the chrysanthemum supplement and sprint back and forth for 10 times. The glucose, blood lactic acid concentration and total time were measured every 2 times before, after and during test. The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) were measured at different time points after the test. On the second day after running, 3 RM knee flexion and extension training was carried out. Then the supplementary garland chrysanthemum test and verification were stopped for two weeks. Results The content of IL-6 in the garland chrysanthemum supplementary group was reduced compared to the control group (P>0.05). Garland chrysanthemum supplementary group in the completion of 10 times of sprint back and forth test after 1 hour and 24 hours of blood glucose concentration (P>0.05). In the garland chrysanthemum supplement group and the control group, there was no significant change in knee flexion and extension compared before the test (P>0.05), but it was significantly reduced in the placebo group (P<0.05). In the placebo group and the control group, the time of completing the times of sprint back and forth was basically the same, but the tennis player supplemented with the right amount of garland chrysanthemum was slightly faster. Conclusion The function of muscle can be increased through dielectric balance, and the recovery speed of muscle is faster, which is beneficial to the improvement of exercise level.
