随着社会经济的不断发展, 公众对于食品营养和健康也愈发重视, 对于科普知识的需求随之增长, 食品质量安全方面的科普工作受到越来越广泛的关注。本文聚焦现阶段公众食品安全意识现状和食品安全科普工作开展情况, 梳理归纳了科学实验、科普实验剧、数字动画、科普微电影等热门科普形式, 对科普工作形式进行探究, 关注科普工作开展过程中仍面临的问题与挑战, 为科普工作的高质量发展和科普知识的高效传播提出可行建议, 提升公众科学素养水平, 满足公众精神文化需求。 |

With the continuous development of social economy, the public pays more and more attention to food nutrition and health, and the demand for popular science knowledge increases as well. And thus, the popular science work on food quality and safety has attracted more and more attention. This paper focused on the current situation of public food safety awareness and the development of food safety science popularization, summarized the popular science popularization forms such as scientific experiments, science popularization drama, digital animation, micro film, etc. The problems and challenges still faced in the process of popular science work, feasible suggestions for the high quality development of popular science work and the efficient dissemination of popular science knowledge were mentioned to improve the level of public scientific literacy, and meet the needs of the public spirit and culture. |
