糖尿病已成为危害人类生命健康的慢性疾病之一。寻求效果显著, 安全性高, 副作用小的治疗方式, 是目前治疗糖尿病的发展方向之一。而乳酸菌对改善糖尿病具有较好的效果。本文主要综述了肠道乳酸菌的免疫作用与机制, 糖尿病与乳酸菌的关系, 以及用乳酸菌改善糖尿病的临床应用, 重点介绍了乳酸菌调节血糖的作用机理, 包括乳酸菌对肠道黏膜屏障功能、机体免疫功能、机体抗氧化能力的改善, 以及乳酸菌对靶器官利用葡萄糖的促进作用, 为研发乳酸菌辅助改善糖尿病的食品提供理论支持。 |

Diabetes has become one of the chronic diseases endangering human life and health. It is one of the current development directions for the treatment of diabetes to seek a treatment method with significant effect, high safety and low side effects. Lactic acid bacteria have a good effect on improving diabetes. This article mainly reviewed the immune function and mechanism of intestinal lactic acid bacteria, the relationship between diabetes and lactic acid bacteria, and the clinical application of lactic acid bacteria to improve diabetes. It focused on the mechanism of lactic acid bacteria regulating blood sugar, including the barrier function of lactic acid bacteria to the intestinal mucosa and the immune function of the body, the improvement of the body's antioxidant capacity, and the promotion of lactic acid bacteria on the utilization of glucose by target organs, so as to provide theoretical support for the research and development of lactic acid bacteria to assist the improvement of diabetes food. |
