目的 建立荧光比色法检测食品中非法添加碱性黄染料的分析方法。方法 通过高温注射法制备油溶性全无机钙钛矿量子点(inorganic perovskite quantum dots, CsPbBrI2 QDs)。实际样品腐竹经研磨和甲苯浸泡后, 取其上清液与红色发射的钙钛矿量子点混合, 孵育4.5 h后测定溶液的荧光光谱。结果 本方法得到以碱性黄浓度的对数为横坐标, 以检测探针CsPbBrI2 QDs的发射峰偏移为纵坐标的标准曲线, 线性范围为1~ 500 μg/mL。该方法的检出限为0.78 μg/mL, 碱性黄在8、40、80、400 μg/mL添加水平的回收率为95.27%~98.84%, 相对标准偏差小于3.52%。结论 该方法准确、便捷, 适用于食品、饮料等中的碱性黄染料的快速检测。 |

Objective To establish a method for basic yellow illegally added to food by fluorescence and colorimetric detection. Methods The oil-soluble inorganic perovskite quantum dots (CsPbBrI2 QDs) were prepared by the high-temperature injection method. The actual sample bean stick was ground and soaked in toluene, and the supernatant was mixed with red-emission perovskite QDs. The fluorescence spectra of the solution were measured after 4.5 h of incubation. Results The standard curve was obtained with logarithm of basic yellow concentration as abscissa and offset of emission peak of probe CsPbBrI2 QDs as ordinate. The linear range was 1?500 g/mL. The limit of detection was 0.78 μg/mL. The recovery rates of basic yellow at 8, 40, 80, 400 μg/mL addition levels were 95.27%?98.84%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 3.52%. Conclusion This method is accurate and convenient, and suitable for the rapid determination of basic yellow dyes in food and beverages. |
