      目的 建立QuEChERS-高效液相色谱-柱后光化学衍生法测定粮谷类食品中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的分析方法。方法 样品经过1%甲酸-乙腈提取, MgSO4+C18+PSA净化, 高效液相色谱-柱后光化学衍生化法检测。结果 黄曲霉毒素B1、G1和黄曲霉毒素B2、G2分别在0.5~20、0.125~5 μg/L范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数均大于0.999, 方法检出限为0.1~0.3 μg/kg, 定量限为0.3~1.0 μg/kg, 加标回收率为86.4%~97.8%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为2.9%~6.3%。结论 该方法前处理简便, 回收率稳定, 测定结果准确, 成本低廉, 可用于粮谷类食品中黄曲霉毒素的大批量检测。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 in cereal food by QuEChERS-high performance liquid chromatography with post-column photochemical derivatization. Methods The sample was extracted with 1% formic acid-acetonitrile, purified by MgSO4+C18+PSA and detected by high performance liquid chromatography with post-column photochemical derivatization. Results Aflatoxin B1, G1 and Aflatoxin B2, G2 were good in linear relationship between 0.5?20 and 0.125?5 μg/L separately, and the relative coefficients were more than 0.999. The limits of detection (LOD) of the method were 0.1?0.3 μg/kg and the limits of quantification (LOQ) were 0.3?1.0 μg/kg. The recoveries of the method were 86.4%?97.8%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.9%?6.3%. Conclusion This method has simple pretreatment, stable recovery, accurate determination and low cost, and can be applied for the mass detection of aflatoxin in cereal food.
