      目的 提高实验室的检测能力和检测人员的技术水平, 增强实验室的竞争力。方法 依据农业部公告和能力验证要求, 对ACAS-PT757(2019)转基因玉米品系能力进行验证, 编号分别为19-S183和19-T170。结果 进行PCR扩增结果显示, 19-S183待测样品中检出BtII转化体、MIR162转化体和MON89034, 转化体均呈阳性; 19-T170待测样品中未检出BtII转化体、MIR162转化体和MON89034, 转化体均呈阴性。结论 本次能力验证获得满意评价。

      Objective To improve the testing ability and competitiveness of the laboratory through proficiency testing. Methods According to the announcement of the Ministry of Agriculture and the requirements of ability verification, the ability of ACAS-PT757 (2019) transgenic maize line was verified, numbered 19-S183 and 19-T170 respectively. Results The results of PCR amplification showed that the BtII, MIR162 and MON89034 inverters were all positive in 19-S183 sample. The BtII, MIR162 and MON89034 inverters were not detected in 19-T170 sample. Conclusion This proficiency testing has obtained the satisfactory evaluation.
